Social Media & Advocacy Manager
Do you want to lead marketing and commercial plans for one of Coty’s most important markets?
This position identifies business opportunities and works with the multifunctional team to build & deliver cohesive commercial plans! You are expected to lead and collaborate with different subject matter experts to deliver end-to-end plans to drive growth in this key market.
Owning the Go-to-Market strategy & execution inclusive of developing high-quality product offering, working to create strong retail presence & gifting market opportunities, as well as upgraded customer experience across off & online touchpoints.
- Strategy & Planning
- Lead, align and execute social media strategy from planning to execution, in compliant with corporate brand communication goals and guidelines.
- Lead the Influencer Marketing tactics for each marketing campaign, lead the creation of Influencer marketing brief for each campaign with social agencies.
- Social Media:
- Manage brand owned social platform WeChat, Weibo, Red, Douyin with the help of social agency and global marketing team.
- Weekly & monthly social platform review with the readership & social followers growth.
- Solid knowledge regarding social measurements and industry benchmark.
- Strong sense of creative ideation to gain buzz for the brand accounts.
- Regularly monitor social media trends, market insights, explore new social media platform, social listening tools, and competitor information acquirement.
- KOL Management and Amplification:
- Fully understand China KOL / KOC landscape across all social platforms, being able to come up with KOL / KOC and amplification strategy.
- Source, identify and build sustainable partnership with paid social platforms, KOL and brand advocates in a holistic social marketing management.
- Work cross internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure campaign plan alignment, execution quality and on-time delivery.
- Deeply understand the detailed tactics of KOL management and amplification strategy, be able to drive traffic to online/offline sales touchpoints through social / KOL activities, and to evaluate the effectiveness with measurable KPIs.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced role, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
- 5+ years’ experience in Marketing, luxury beauty will be a credit. With excellent track record in innovation rollouts and flawless launch management, S&OP.
- Project Management: Ability to inspire and lead agency, hold them accountable to deliver project deliverables
- Strong communication, and good at coordinating and mobilizing internal and external resources.
- Fluent Mandarin & English capability.
- Strong beauty sense and Luxury taste.
