Social EC Manager, Wechat & Red

This is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

We are looking for a WeChat EC Manager to join our Digital team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our WeChat e-commerce platform to drive sales, grow our customer base, and enhance customer experience. You will work closely with the marketing, CRM, and external partners to create and implement strategies to maximize revenue and increase customer loyalty.

She/he is in charge of:

Manage and optimize our WeChat e-commerce platform / Red to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

 

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers, increase customer engagement, and promote sales.

 

Monitor and analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

 

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

 

Manage two platforms’ store promotions, campaigns, and events, ensuring they are aligned with our brand and business objectives.

 

Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.

 

Keep up-to-date with platforms trends and features, and suggest new ideas to improve our e-commerce platform.

The team consists of Assistant E-commerce Manager for KOL and you will work closely together with several departments such as Finance, Marketing. All your colleagues are passionate in the team.

 

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

As an experienced Social EC Manager, Wechat & Red, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in WeChat e-commerce management or Red or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of social commerce platform.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
