Senior Sales Planning Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the core link between the sales team and business strategy, responsible for formulating and implementing sales plans and strategies, optimizing resource allocation and improving sales efficiency through data-driven approaches, to support the achievement of the DS/FSS channel's overall sales objectives (including online and offline).
•Integrate DS/FSS channel sales data (sales volume, AUS, repurchase rate, new recruitment rate, etc.), market data and customer data, build a data analysis system, and output visual analysis reports.
•Explore sales growth opportunities (such as high-potential customers, advantageous products, BA incentive plan), identify business pain points (such as low-prod. regions, doors, slow-moving products), and promote the implementation of solutions.
•Track the achievement of KPIs and optimize performance evaluation standards and incentive mechanism suggestions.
•Sales planning plans, target decomposition tables, sales data analysis reports, sales review reports, risk response plans, etc.
•Collaborate with the supply chain and marketing teams to formulate inventory stock-up plans based on sales plans, balance supply and demand, and avoid stockouts or inventory overstock.
•Coordinate with the marketing and trade marketing team to integrate marketing resources (such as promotional activities, material support), ensuring the rationality of the e-retail promotion mechanism and promote the achievement of e-retail sales targets.
•Manage major e-retail distributors, balance channel prices and discount levels, fulfill orders, and reasonably allocate them according to the monthly sales targets of brands and stores.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
•8-10 year’ relevant managerial experience in cosmetics indust
•Excellent knowledge/ experience in retail business (DS/FSS)
•A result-driven achiever with ambition, motivation and dynamism
•Strong learning skills
•Good communication and analysis skills. Proactive.
•Be familiar with office MS skills (incl. Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)
