Senior Sales Planning Manager

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

作为销售团队与业务战略的核心衔接角色,负责制定、落地销售规划与策略,通过数据驱动优化资源配置、提升销售效率,支撑DS/FSS渠道整体销售目标(线上和线下)达成。

As the core link between the sales team and business strategy, responsible for formulating and implementing sales plans and strategies, optimizing resource allocation and improving sales efficiency through data-driven approaches, to support the achievement of the DS/FSS channel's overall sales objectives (including online and offline).

 

1. 数据驱动与销售分析

•负责整合DS/FSS渠道销售数据(销售额、客单价、复购率、招新率等)、市场数据及客户数据,搭建数据分析体系,输出可视化分析报告。

Integrate DS/FSS channel sales data (sales volume, AUS, repurchase rate, new recruitment rate, etc.), market data and customer data, build a data analysis system, and output visual analysis reports.

•挖掘销售增长机会点(如高潜力客户、优势产品、BA激励),识别业务痛点(如低单产区域、门店或滞销产品),并推动解决方案落地。

Explore sales growth opportunities (such as high-potential customers, advantageous products, BA incentive plan), identify business pain points (such as low-prod. regions, doors, slow-moving products), and promote the implementation of solutions.

•跟踪KPI达成情况,优化绩效评估标准与激励机制建议。

Track the achievement of KPIs and optimize performance evaluation standards and incentive mechanism suggestions.

•销售计划方案、目标分解表、销售数据分析报告、销售回顾报告、风险应对方案等。

Sales planning plans, target decomposition tables, sales data analysis reports, sales review reports, risk response plans, etc.

 

2. 资源配置与线上销售支持

•协同供应链、市场部,根据销售规划制定库存备货计划,平衡供需关系,避免缺货或库存积压。

Collaborate with the supply chain and marketing teams to formulate inventory stock-up plans based on sales plans, balance supply and demand, and avoid stockouts or inventory overstock.

•协调市场部、通路营销部,整合营销资源(如促销活动、物料支持),确保线上促销机制的合理性并促进线上销售指标的达成

Coordinate with the marketing and trade marketing team to integrate marketing resources (such as promotional activities, material support), ensuring the rationality of the e-retail promotion mechanism and promote the achievement of e-retail sales targets.

•线上大客户管理,平衡渠道价格和折扣力度,落实订单并按每月品牌和门店的销售指标合理分配。

Manage major e-retail distributors, balance channel prices and discount levels, fulfill orders, and reasonably allocate them according to the monthly sales targets of brands and stores.

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

•8-10 year’ relevant managerial experience in cosmetics indust 8-10年以上化妆品行业经验优先

•Excellent  knowledge/  experience  in  retail  business  (DS/FSS) 熟知中国零售市场和环境

•A result-driven achiever with ambition, motivation and dynamism 结果导向,自我驱动。

•Strong learning skills 学习能力强

•Good communication and analysis skills. Proactive. 具备良好沟通能力,积极主动,善于分析

•Be familiar with office MS skills (incl. Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.) 熟练使用办公软件
