Senior E-commerce Manager

THE ROLE

The role of the Senior E-commerce Manager is to lead the E-commerce sales growth throughout China and be responsible for revenue and profit targets achievement on Tmall & JD store and ensure the best level of online customer service.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Channel & Store Management

  • Manage daily operations of Tmall and JD flagship stores to maintain premium brand standards.
  • Comply with brand guidelines, pricing rules and commercial requirements.
  • Cooperate with TP to formulate platform strategies and standardize discount policies.

2.Business Strategy & Performance

  • Formulate sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets for luxury beauty business.
  • Monitor store performance and deliver data-driven optimization solutions.
  • Report business performance to senior management and propose innovative growth strategies.

3.Commercial & Cross-functional Management

  • Manage sell-in, sell-out and monthly commercial reconciliation for direct stores.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for reasonable resource allocation.
  • Drive offline store traffic via online channel resources.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

  • Must have working experience in JD or TMALL channel for 4 years +
  • Data driven planning, being able to balance between sales and profit
  • B2C distribution & retail dealer management experience is a must
  • Preferred Beauty background, purpose is to make sure the candidate understands of consumer centric spirit and deliver brand image while remaining operational excellence
  • Being able to handle conflict or challenge with good internal personal skill
  • Quick learning, strong pressure resistance
  • Superb communication skills, including strong oral and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels.
  • Good English capability
  • Strong beauty sense and Luxury taste.

  • Deliver Business Targets, in line with the goals of the Business Unit
  • Successful Design and Deployment of Marketing Toolkits for the Brand
