Senior Brand Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for managing and drive multiple prestige fragrance brands business; to build the brand awareness, desirability and convert consumer engagement & sales in long-run vision.

Your main focus:

  • Manage prestige fragrance brands such as ,Tiffany, Marc Jacobs, Manage beauty brand Kylie; Prepare launch of new brands

 

  • Identify and implement Each brand strategies based on consumer/shopper insights, competitors’ trends, and market opportunities, in compliance with global brand marketing and fashion house guideline.

 

  • Develop brand marketing calendar and wisely use available resources to achieve business targets. including but not limited in brand sales, pillar/category performance, retail excellence, campaign delivery, consumer acquisition, consumer retention, brand awareness improvement. To liaise with local registration team and global brand team to make sure timely innovation launches in China.

 

  • Achieve business results through channel strategy and activation plan, work with functional team for executional excellence to ensure maximum achievement and best investment ROI.

  • Applies understanding of local consumers, customers, and competitors to adapt the global license guideline& policy in local adaptation, while also take a role of strong local voice in proposing local initiatives.

  • Provide timely and insightful business analysis and reports to adapt strategy and action plans.

  • Proven experience in managing well - known brands, especially Sephora exclusive brands like Tiffany, Marc Jacobs. Familiarity with the launch process of new brands
  • Ability to identify and implement fragrance brand strategies. This includes leveraging consumer/shopper insights, analyzing competitors’ trends, and seizing market opportunities while complying with global brand marketing and fashion house guidelines.
  • Capable of developing a brand marketing calendar and efficiently allocating available resources to achieve various business targets, covering brand sales, category performance, and consumer - related goals. Experience in coordinating with local and global teams for timely innovation launches.
  • Good at applying local market knowledge to adapt global license guidelines and policies. Capable of providing timely and insightful business analysis and reports to adjust strategies and action plans.
