Key Responsibilities

1. Product Supply Forecasting

• Prepare supply forecasts based on historical sales data, channel dynamics, inventory levels, and upcoming promotions/events.
• Tracking team output and performance against business objectives related distributor management including Sales FCST vs Target tracking, Order control, SKU FCST and monitor sales plan and related office work.
• Adjust forecasts in response to sudden demand changes or supply constraints.
• Work closely with procurement / sales / logistics, preventing out‑of‑stock or overstock situations

2. Data Processing

• Running daily reports ensuring high accuracy related analyses, management, reporting, budgeting, planning and other assigned.
• Clean, match, reconcile, and summarize large volumes of raw data from multiple channels (orders, inventory, sales, etc.).
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports (e.g., sales, inventory, stock cover)

3. Product Maintenance

• Daily Maintain and update the master product list at SKU level, including specifications, HP, barcodes, status, pricing, and launch/phase-out dates.
• Ensure the product list remains the single source of truth for all operations (listing, replenishment, reconciliation).
• Ensure new product data is accurately reflected in supply forecasts and master product lists.

Key Qualifications

Essential:

• Experience: 1–3 years in retail operations, data processing, or a similar role (preferably in beauty, FMCG, or luxury goods).
• Excellent Excel Skills to handle data and manual processes without any system support. Data validation, and basic macro knowledge (or strong willingness to learn and deep dive).
• Good data sense and analytical skills.
• Attention to Detail: Proven ability to spot data anomalies and maintain high accuracy under repetitive manual processing.
• Logical Thinking: Ability to trace discrepancies step by step and propose practical fixes without relying on system alerts.
• Able to handle multi takes and work under pressure.
• A bachelor’s degree
• Workable English skills.
