ROLE AND DEPARTMENT  

Coty is looking for undergraduate students who are interested in a 6-month internship opportunity in R&D claim and consumer science. The internship position will work with claim & consumer science manager for product claim execution that covers end-to-end development process.

By collaborating with different function within R&D (formula, packing, product testing) and the marketing and business execution team, you will be mainly responsible for claim document preparation and commercial claim enablement. 

THE ROLE  

• Marketing & innovation support: competitor/product claim, trend and consumer insight research, data analysis, and report generation 
• Project support: Day-to-day claim review, Internal claim document preparation
• Technical support: Product communication

WHAT YOU’LL BRING  

Essential Skills:

•  Language: fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
•  Computer: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
•  Good writing and communication skill
•  Passionate in cosmetics
•  Self-starter with outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving ability
•  Ability to collaborate and thrive within a multi-disciplinary team
•  Highly organized, ability to stay on track and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

Preference:

• Knowledge on cosmetics raw materials
• 2 nd foreign language
• Experience with 2D/3D software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Sketching, ideation, superior visual communication skills
