The role will support RA team

THE ROLE  

In this role you will be responsible for: 

• Provide supporting and assistance in registration daily work for each brand in RA team
• Registration database processing, management, and maintenance
• Assist in all the payments and reimbursement related
• Support RA team’s administrative work, stationery ordering, registration dossiers Filing and registration samples retaining.
• Other duties as required by the RA managers  

WHAT YOU’LL BRING  

We’d love to see candidates who have: 

• Bachelor degree, major in chemistry, engineering, biology, food, pharmacy or other relevant areas
• Full usability of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong data management and analysis skill is preferred Can work approx.3-4 days per week and no less than 6 months
• Shanghai residence is preferred
