RESPONSIBILITIES

As PR Communication Manager, you are responsible for Gucci Beauty

Your main focus :

Communication:

• Define Gucci Beauty’s celebrity/Influencers strategy to balance the brand image and commercial targets.
• In close collaboration with Global IM team, manage Brand ambassador/celebrity collaboration from negotiation, local assets creation, to exposure effectiveness tracking.
• Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with media and influencers, and further set up the pool for friends of house.
• Localize and create communication assets including press kits, innovation and event press text.
• Plan and lead PR events and support trade events to generate brand social buzz.
• In close collaborations with brand marketing teams to ensure all the above activities are maximize total brand influences in the marketing campaigns.

Digital Social:

• Define brand own social platform strategy and develop the matrix. Work closely with Global team to build and grow own social platforms and engage followers.
• Work as an owner to overlook and manage brand assets including retainer E-commerce page and brand assets review.

Others:

• Manage Gucci Beauty’s PR budget
• Collaborate closely with Local product and cross function teams / Global IM team / Fashion House to ensure right brand message is conveyed to consumers.

Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years of working experience in PR communication. Prestige beauty industry experience is preferred.
• Familiar with beauty production, digital activation, platforms, etc.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Solid data analysis ability and sensibility
• Influent in English and Chinese, oral and written
