Your key areas of responsibility will be the following:


- PR/EPR: daily communication with print & online press for brand/product exposure to help Lancaster & new brands achieve top media ranking in certain category.

- Crisis monitoring & management

- Editor and influencer relationship maintenance, push media clipping and social buzz for key innovation launch.

- Product Launch event and trade event planning & execution , digitalization event format, offline to online model for Omni channel benefit.

- Communication assets localization and creation including: press kit for new innovation, new door opening, press text with local insights of R&D.

- 360 development for yearly brand ambassador or celebrity collaboration, from proposing, assets creation, GWP ideation and social/digital on air. Solid insight regarding celebrity analysis reflecting both awareness building & commercial driven.

- Sample management, gifting/seeding planning per key holiday season or key business dates for the brand.

- Strong internal & external communication skill, work closely with brand team and global for proposal & reporting.

Digital Media:

- By campaign media budget planning and execution with the help of media agency to achieve awareness, engagement, sampling and traffic driven to the business.

- Traditional, digital and social media planning, buying and tracking.

- Strong sense of digital/social media trends, sensitive to the competitor & industry newness. Media deep dive and competitor monitoring.

- Work closely with EC channel for in-site & out-site media campaign, EC marketing activity and content development to win for key sales point.

Social Media:

- Manage brand owned social platform WeChat, Weibo, Red, Douyin with the help of social agency.

- Weekly & monthly social platform review with the readership & social followers growth.

- Solid knowledge regarding social measurements and industry benchmark.

- Strong copywriting capability to lead social agency for social articles drafting & proof reading. Strong sense of creative ideation to gain buzz for the brand accounts.

- Maintain in-house influencer pool for skincare brands.

- Paid and unpaid influencer campaign management on multi social platforms: Weibo, WeChat, RED, Douyin, i-video.



Key Requirements

Work Experience

- 10+ years of relevant work experience in cosmetics/ beauty industry

- PR & EPR experience will be the must.

- Relationship with key professionals, esp. dermatologist, is a plus
