ROLE AND DEPARTMENT  

The role belongs to Legal team

THE ROLE  

In this role you will be responsible for: 

1. Legal research: complete legal searches on relevant legal issues and draw preliminary conclusions.

2. Asist in review of contracts, authorization Letters, notification letters and other legal documents.

3. Asist in drafting of simple legal documents such as contracts or legal letters.

4. Assist in brand advertising claims review.

5. Assist in communicating with various business units to answer inquiries.

6. Translation or proofreading translation.

7. Liaising with external parties such as translation companies, lawyers, etc.

8. Assist in other supporting work of the Legal Department and other matters as assigned by supervisors, e.g., sealing, filing, etc.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

1. Major in law; post-postgraduates in the first or second year are preferred.

2. High proficiency in written English and in using office.

3. Available for a 1-year internship, at least 4 days per week.

4. Candidates who have passed the PRC bar exam are preferred.

5,.Candidates who have internship experience with multi-national companies or law firms are preferred.
