ROLE AND DEPARTMENT  

The role will support KA Manager in consumer beauty.

THE ROLE  

In this role you will be responsible for: 

对屈臣氏库存的深入、精准管理和分析（大仓&门店），优化渠道内的库存，加快动销，达成屈臣氏进货和出货销售目标，同时减少退货。

 1. 库存&供应管理：

（1）协调屈臣氏的订单发运，确保送仓率达标；

（2）熟练运用屈臣氏库存管理系统，提供每周、每月库存报告；

（3）确保屈臣氏当月订单能满足屈臣氏销售的要求，降低缺货率；

（4）根据销售计划和实际屈臣氏库存，提供供货预估；

（5）加快门店库存周转，屈臣氏库存合理优化，减少退货。

2．运营管理：

（1）屈臣氏的月度费用对账和货款结算跟进；

（2）屈臣氏当月的费用的核销；

（3）及时更新供货&退货预估。

WHAT YOU’LL BRING  

We’d love to see candidates who have: 

1. 大学专科及以上学历，物流、贸易、供应链等相关专业，熟悉屈臣氏业务物流、供货流程的优先考虑；

2. 熟练使用 office 等办公软件；

3. 对市场有较强的敏感度、擅于数据分析和研究；

4. 善于与客户、供应商沟通谈判，能独立有效的完成项目运营与客户维护；

5. 刻苦耐劳，及时有效完成上司安排的工作；能够适应出差工作安排；

6. 1年以上供应链运营相关工作经验，1年以上VMI相关工作经验优先考虑；
