ROLE AND DEPARTMENT  

 

制定重点客户策略,通过有效的管理手段,实现客户可持续的发展。

Direct Line Manager: KA Lead-RT Mart

 

THE ROLE  

  1. 业绩确保:按照公司指标完成渠道销售(sell-in/POS);
  2. 合同谈判:重点客户的谈判,优化相关贸易条款,控制渠道费用;
  3. 渠道策略:与通路行销部共同制定出符合公司和客户需求的渠道策略并推进实施;
  4. 库存管理:准确预估需求,确保经销商库存合理、零售商库存合理;
  5. 新品上市:确保成功的新品上市以及促销计划的有效实施;
  6. 客户管理:通过有效的经销商管理和客户管理,确保客户端完美执行,并实施有效监控;
  7. 监控执行:建立监管及跟进销售汇报体系及相关报表,有效监管销售进度;

客户关系:定期与经销商和零售商生意回顾和计划,确保渠道策略和计划按照要求执行到位。

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING  

  • 5年以上KA渠道管理及沟通经验;非食分类优先;
  • 熟悉KA总部运作, 并有各部门的人脉和沟通经验;
  • 良好的NKA经销商管理经验;
  • 有销售热忱, 抗压力强, 自我要求高;
  • 对数据敏感,有数字分析能力;
  • 熟练使用office软件,如WordExcelPower point
  • 熟练掌握英文口语和书面表达能力。
