This role is CB Sr. E-commerce manager/ E-commerce Lead

Report to CB commercial & sales Director  



  • Develop and roll out CB division e-commerce business strategy
  • Manage 3rd Party relationships and programs that add features and capabilities to support the E-Commerce strategy
  • Work closely with the sales team and marketing team for the online promotions
  • Create and manage annual expense budget and sales forecast
  • Partner with E-Commerce teams on marketing and technology, to ensure effective execution of the Digital-Commerce Strategy
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term campaigns to increase E-Commerce traffic, conversion, average order value, profitability and reduce shopping cart abandonment
  • Optimize E-Commerce channel website design and layout to promote a premium customer experience
  • Explore, define and implement innovative on-site solutions and tactics to drive site traffic, acquire new customers and retain current customers
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction in the areas of E-Commerce
  • Develop and lead a content strategy to drive conversion and improve traffic / customer acquisition goals
  • Partner with Marketing team on third party platforms to ensure all promotional opportunities and events are fully supported / executed
  • Evaluate emerging digital technologies and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Manage campaign budgets, optimizing spend and performance based on results
  • Strategic and operational advisor to the leadership team in the country and region.




  • Over 10 years of digital world with online sales experience in consumer goods industry, prefer cosmetics/ beauty industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Good understanding of related industry and good management of distributor and Key account.
  • Strategic view with long term business development. Flexible and willing to experience challenges.
  • International exposure.
  • Product and brand sensibility.
  • Excellent English both speaking and writing.
  • High independent and open mindset
  • Multi tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
