E-commerce Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As the role, you will be responsible for supporting the E-commerce sales growth across China, achieving sales revenue and profit target in JD& B-store channel as well as managing the online distributor and TP.

Your main focus on:

  • Coordinate with EKA channel manager to ensure brand strategy and product strategy could be efficiently executed in all EKA channels.
  • Manage EKA distributors and partners with perfect online sales operation and execution to deliver both sell-in and sell-out targets.
  • Work closely with supply chain and sales operation team to develop monthly sales forecast and proceed purchase order from distributor to ensure customer demand could be timely fulfilled.
  • Assist EKA manager in monitoring online store operation including sell-out GMV, store traffic, conversion rate, AUS, market share, etc.
  • Work closely with sales operation team to formulate monthly & quarterly sales reports.
  • Support EKA manager to manage sales expenses and in-site media budget.
  • Other online store operation related works of EKA.

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

As an experienced role, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

  • 1 year+ working experience in retail or distributor management, online KA/TP management experience is a plus.
  • Willing to take challenging targets and deliver results efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data sensitive to be responsible for all forecast and orders delivery in details
  • Preferred FMCG, Beauty, Luxury or Retail background, purpose is to make sure the candidate understands of consumer centric spirit and deliver brand image while remaining operational excellence
  • Fluent in written English, oral English is a plus.
