ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
Report to CRM Director
Key Internal Contact: B&M, MKT, Global brand team
Key External Contact: CRM retainer
THE ROLE
1. Deep understanding & rich experience in beauty industry& CRM, closely follow the industry trend;
2. Outstanding data insight capability and business sense, able to deliver brand level CRM strategy & plan;
3. Familiar with CRM methodologies & mechanisms;
4. Begin with business need & pain points, independently deliver CRM solution to empower brand business value;
5. Excellent program management skill, be able to push program move forward smoothly as well as tracking & review to close the circle;
6. Strong ability of cross function communication & co-work, good at resource consolidation.
Brands monthly CRM plan starting from GTRFM, end with weekly tracking & monthly review
Member campaign including recruiting\repeat\loyalty program management
Consumer journey & expereience optimization
Brand CRM programs like loyalty program& private domain, including design&set up
KCP(CNY & 38 & CVD,etc.) support in plan & communication
Regular & adhoc report & insight sharing with cross function
Connection with global team & fashion house
Member data integration

3.new repeat & retention
4.annual spending

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
8 years+ experience in ECRM, experience in beauty& luxury & FMCG industrial is preferred, agency or ISV background also welcomed.
1.Familiar with CRM mechanism & methodology;
2.Acknowledge that CRM serves for business value creation;
3.Strong data & strategy ability;
4.Project management;
5.Strong communication skills;
6.Ownership.
