Assistant Manager, Ecommerce and Digital, TRAP



As our Assistant Manager, Ecommerce and Digital, TRAP ,


Your main focus :

  • Manage the asset briefs and production of content for the region, for paid and non-paid activities
  • Work closely with Local and Global Ecommerce teams to source master content and track, manage and mitigate risks associated with production activities and timeline for the content creative workflow.
  • Leverage the TRAP Marketing Calendar to translate requirements into task management tool as a mechanism to share content/ asset requirements from Global teams and track content production activities.
  • Collaborate with E-commerce, Marketing, Commercial teams on content and asset requirements to action in a timely manner.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to event date changes and production delays.
  • Support the expediting of content through the creative workflow when required to ensure the assets can be adapted and then scaled efficiently.
  • Manages translations for region in conjunction with agency support.

Master of content and best practice

  • Recommend new content to drive further brand advocacy, product education and customer engagement based on beauty industry and e-comm trends while keeping up to date with the competitive landscape
  • Partner with broader tech teams to ensure that set-up of DAM fulfils content delivery requirements
  • Work with other team members to receive best practices insights on which content performs




You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

  • 5+ years in digital or creative agency with experience in managing and delivering digital content, preferably in a multi-brand and matrixed environment
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, especially working with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable working around uncertainty to achieve results
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced Travel Retail environment and being able to demonstrate flexibility when plans change
  • Good command of content editing tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe DAM is nice to have but not a must.
  • Passionate learner who stays on top of E-commerce and Digital Marketing Capabilities
  • Natural team player, putting others before self, and actively engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • A well-developed sense of humour and grace under pressure
