RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for end-to-end portfolio management, brand communication, and campaign execution for the Gucci Face & Eye category. The role also covers POSM management and cross-channel promotion mechanisms to build brand desirability and drive long-term consumer engagement and sales.

Your main focus:

• Manage the product portfolio by tracking performance, inventory, and lifecycle stages, while supporting the analysis of sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Apply understanding of local consumers, customers, and competitors to adapt global license guidelines and policies for local implementation, while also serving as a strong local voice in proposing new initiatives.
• Lead and execute marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate product launches, events, and promotional activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage marketing materials, POSM, and inventory to ensure timely availability and brand consistency across markets.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an experienced role, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

• 3+ years’ experience in Marketing, luxury beauty marketing will be a credit. With excellent track record in flawless launch management, S&OP.
• Project Management: Ability to work independently to deliver project deliverables.
• Strong communication, and good at coordinating and mobilizing the internal and external resources. Fluent Mandarin & English capability.
• Strong beauty sense and Luxury taste.
