THE ROLE |
Job Title: Marketing Lead, Coty Korea
Division: Luxury Division
Reporting to: General Manager, Coty Korea
Location: Seoul, South Korea
About the role
Provide both strategic leadership and hands-on execution for Coty Korea’s prestige fragrance and beauty portfolio. The Prestige Marketing Lead will be directly responsible for developing and executing the turnaround strategy for key JV brands — Gucci Beauty and Burberry Beauty (BBY) — including long-term brand strategy, portfolio architecture, and growth roadmap. This position will also lead and develop the LG Prestige marketing team to deliver world-class execution and build long-term brand equity in the Korean market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Define and drive the turnaround strategy for Gucci and BBY, including brand positioning, innovation pipeline, and long-term growth plans.
- Manage and develop the LG Prestige marketing team, driving stronger capability, alignment, and execution discipline.
- Plan and deliver 360° brand campaigns (PR, influencer, CRM, media, retail, and digital) tailored to portfolio priorities.
- Partner with sales, retail, training, and e-commerce teams to maximize commercial performance and consumer impact.
- Serve as the primary contact with global brand teams, regional marketing, and JV partner LG H&H, influencing decisions and securing resources.
- Lead premium storytelling, VIP activations, and clienteling initiatives to elevate luxury brand equity.
- Leverage market insights, consumer data, and performance analytics to guide strategic decision-making and optimize ROI.

REQUIREMENTS |
- 10+ years of experience in prestige beauty, with a proven track record in brand leadership and strategic execution.
- Fragrance category experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
- Proven success managing and developing teams in a complex matrix or JV environment.
- Deep knowledge of Korean luxury consumers, market trends, and retail landscape.
- Fluent in Korean and English.
