THE ROLE |
Job Title: Fragrance Brand Manager, Coty Korea
Division: Luxury Division
Reporting to: Marketing Lead, Coty Korea
Location: Seoul, South Korea
About the role
Coty’s mission is to become over time a global industry leader by being a clear challenger in beauty delighting our consumers and creating long term shareholder value and this role will support that by leading and working with the marketing teams and business partners in both Korea, linking closely with the global brand teams to ensure that we have appropriate brand and activation plans based on sound consumer insights which grows the fragrance category revenue and our market share.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Responsible for developing brand strategy and marketing plans, managing product portfolio, conducting market analysis, and reporting on performance.
- Develop marketing strategies to ensure consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels.
- Manage and coordinate the implementation of effective marketing strategies.
- Carry out activities to drive revenue growth through marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the results of marketing strategies and their implementation.
- Provide strategic analysis and insights to guide the development of marketing messages.
- Ensure compliance with current marketing and copyright regulations and take necessary actions.
- Develop localized brand strategies aligned with global brand strategies to meet local market demands.
- Manage product portfolio and launches to ensure strategic alignment and market relevance.
- Develop marketing communications and PR plans in line with global and regional guidelines.
- Ensure all communication materials adhere to global guidelines.
- Manage forecast, order, stock, and sales related to the brand and products through close communication with SCM.
- Manage pricing by setting appropriate product prices based on global pricing policies and local market needs and conditions.
- Monitor and analyze sales and budget to assess the effectiveness of brand tactics.
- Regularly share strategies, progress, results, and industry trends with the team.

REQUIREMENTS |
- At least 8 years of experience in Branding, Marketing, PR experience
- Luxury/Premium beauty related experience preferred.
- Responsible for managing tasks diligently from start to finish.
- Knowledge of various beauty-related distribution channels and experience in marketing to drive channel sales will be advantageous.
