The Service Delivery Change Manager primary focus is to act as the governance for any and all IT Related change requests from across the organization.


The Service Delivery Change Manager will report to the Global IS & DT Service Delivery Senior Director with a strong collaboration with various stakeholders across the Coty IT Organization.




In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure robust scheduling of all changes takes place
  • Ensure High Quality of Change Management execution and Data Quality.
  • Ensure all Change requests comply with Coty’s Extensive  Sarbanes Oxley Internal Control Requirements
  • Act as Lead for the Change Management based Internal Controls globally
  • Ensure all Major Changes are planned and planning meetings are facilitated as necessary
  • Ensure Change conflicts are managed and resolutions sought
  • Work with representatives in other locations to ensure that consistent standards are adhered to across Coty Globally.
  • Ensure a clear robust link is developed between the Coty Change Management process and the Coty CMDB in ServiceNow
  • Provide training and guidance to the IT Community in regards to the Global Change Management process and the ServiceNow ITSM System as necessary
  • Chair and Manage the Global Change Advisory Board
  • Manage the Tripwire process in Coty
  • Ensure Monthly Tripwire validation is undertaken with the various Application Owners
  • Tie as much of the Tripwire work back to the Change Management process
  • Manage and develop the Change Management process at Coty, always trying to keep it as close to Out of the box as possible and ITIL Conformant
  • Manage the Contract Management process in ServiceNow. Ensuring the provision of help and guidance to the IT Community, reporting and ongoing Process reviews
  • Participation On Call Schedule and Rotation as part of Coty’s Critical Incident Management Process (if in alignment with local regulation)




We’d love to see candidates who have:


  • Strong understanding of ITIL® (Ideally ITIL v4)
  • At least 1-2 years of IT experience with exposure to IT Service Management processes
  • Experience in use of ServiceNow ITSM
  • Very good presentation skills and with comfort in conducting ITSM functional workshops and training sessions
  • Ability to communicate on both a technical and customer level
  • Excellent Process Knowledge and ability to document processes
  • Experienced and Comfortable Presenting to large Audiences



  • Formal ITIL Qualification
  • Understanding of large, multinational corporate environments.
