Key Account Specialist

KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST (2-year contract)

SALES / COMMERCIAL
Prague – Commercial Hub

As our Key Account Specialist, you will support the operational management of key customers, execute assortment and promotional plans, and collaborate cross‑functionally to drive customer performance and commercial excellence.

 

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Key Account Specialist, you play a critical role in supporting customer operations and execution. You will manage assortment and promotions, analyze customer data, process commercial transactions, and work closely with internal teams to ensure high‑quality execution and strong customer relationships in a dynamic, international environment.
You will be reporting to the Key Account / Sales leadership, and you will manage:

 

1. Customer Operations & Execution

  • Cooperate with assigned customers at operational level
  • Support assortment management and new product execution
  • Establish and implement customer promotional plans, including tailor‑made promotions
  • Process listing documents for Markant e‑shop programs
  • Upload and manage product photos for Cload e‑shop programs

 

2. Commercial Administration & Analysis

  • Analyze customer data to identify performance opportunities
  • Process bonuses, invoices, and payments
  • Monitor and execute contract agreements
  • Ensure accuracy and timely commercial documentation
  • Support day‑to‑day commercial operations

 

3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain
  • Support aligned execution of commercial and promotional activities
  • Contribute to a collaborative and solution‑oriented team environment

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a proactive and analytical professional, you enjoy working closely with customers and supporting commercial execution.

Your skills and experience include:

  • Experience in Key Account Management or Sales (beneficial but not mandatory)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, independent, and self‑starter mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Fluent MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Fluent in English and Czech
