THE ROLE
Within the newly set-up Operating Office, the Strategic Planning Manager will support the Strategic Planning Director, Trade Marketing Leads, and OO/CCO Leadership in the definition, orchestration, and execution of the global commercial strategy across markets, channels, and brands. Operating at the intersection of strategy, performance management, and executive decision-making, this role provides critical insight, structure to ensure commercial priorities are translated into clear plans and measurable impact. This role requires business acumen, analytical rigor and a deep sensitivity to luxury beauty dynamics. RO
THE RESPONSABILITIES
Commercial Strategy & Planning
- Manage Innovation sizing, challenging Brands/Markets’ ambition based on relevant sell-in/sell-out and market benchmarks. Manage the Innovation performance dashboard.
- Support Masterplans coordination and the preparation of the monthly review meeting with top management
- Support AOP and Strat Plan processes, from guidelines preparation to consolidation of markets’ plans, and gaps, opportunities and risks identification
- Analyze market, category, and performance data in sell-in/sell-out to generate insights providing clear and rational recommendations to support Prestige commercial strategy and portfolio management
- Assist in the preparation of key external/internal meetings from preparing high-quality materials to building clear narrative combining strategy, data, and commercial implications adapted to the audience
- Support the deployment of Operating Office ways of working, ensuring alignment between Global, Regions, and Brands
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Experience
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, management, finance, marketing
- 6–8 years of experience in strategy, commercial planning, or consulting or related role
- Proven track record of successful strategic planning, complex project management and execution
- Ability to work in an international fast-paced business environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Background in luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium consumer goods strongly preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills; comfortable working with commercial KPIs and performance data
- Experience with strategic planning tools and retail panel data (e.g. Circana, Nielsen) is an advantage
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations
- Excellent communication and written skills with attention to structure and clarity
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures
- High level of discretion and reliability
- English is the company language. French is a bonus
