JOB TITLE: Junior Key Account Manager France Luxury Division

REPORTING TO: Key Account Manager


LOCATION: Paris Berthier

Our ambition is to strongly accelerate our growth through reinvented Ecommerce strategy and breakthrough approach, positioning us like a preferred supplier in this channel


 Develop COTY luxury French Business plans across 20 brands (incl. Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein,  Marc Jacobs, Gucci, Chloe etc…) with key customers (Sephora, Nocibe, Marionnaud) to  accelerate growth.
 Lead commercial customer development for Retailers with direct report to Key Account Manager.
 Internally, collaborate with a trade marketer & account manager(s) to analyze and step  change, define the new operational process successfully

Key responsibilities:
 Business analysis and sales fundamentals recommendation (Sell in, Sell out, Market shares, Trade activities , initiative plan etc…)
 Lead operational part for initiative listing process (news cycle, SI, SO, Market shares)
 Assortment and merchandising recommendation by brand
 Lead specific category management project 
 Ensure perfect communication/ coordination with sales team (field)

 Act as a leader to envision, engage and energize different projects and drive growth 
 Act with discipline to manage complexity (strong corporate portfolio), prioritize /analyze / make decisions and work autonomously
 Skills across Marketing, Digital and Sales negotiation (ideally with first experience in French luxury sector )
 Passion for Beauty 
 Interpersonal & Collaboration skills
 Winning & entrepreneurship mindset
 English fluent
