Global e-Commerce Project Coordinator

The Global e-Commerce Project Coordinator will have the opportunity to discover the world of e-retail through the COTY Prestige portfolio of Fashion brands, while making a direct impact on COTY Prestige eBusiness results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Global e-Commerce Project Coordinator, you interact both internally & externally to support and drive Global and Local teams with their e-Retail executions. In this role, the intern will help coordinate the tracking and execution of the eCommerce product content (Product Copy, Packshots, Product Page images and layout…) for a portfolio of iconic Fragrances (incl. Chloé, Gucci, Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss….). 

Your main focus:

1/ Support conversion projects, working hand in hand with the Global Project Manager and key stakeholders (Brands and Markets) to accelerate Coty online growth (SEO, Rating & Reviews, Multi House animation…)

2/ Ensure perfect execution of Coty Prestige brands on e-Retail sites

• Conduct regular brand audit & support local Coty teams when needed
• Gather and build “Brand positive highlights” to share on monthly basis towards Global Brand teams & Fashion Houses for priority Brands

3/ Build competitive & category knowledge to identify best practices across e-Retailers and Brands and share expertise to inspire Global Brand teams, Markets and Retailers on the future of e-Commerce

4/ Support in ad-hoc request: DAM/ PIM, Financials.

The Global Ecommerce team based is Paris consists of 7 people, and you will work closely together with our local markets. All your colleagues are dynamic, result oriented and caring. Working in the team, you will evolve in a positive international working environment.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like Beauty and eRetail. As an experienced e-Commerce Project Coordinator, you have a driven mindset, are self-motivated to work autonomously and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, The successful intern will have the following profile:

• A Master student (Cesure or Fin d’études) -  Internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school
• First experience in Beauty sector and in digital / eRetail
• Rigorous, with very strong organisational, project management skills, ability to drive operational discipline.  Attention to detail
• Fluent English & French, both spoken and written, are an absolute must, other languages will be a plus
• Outlook proficiency, strong technical/creative capability on PowerPoint
