Missions:
Within the Communication department and under the responsibility of the Global Digital Manager, you will participate in the implementation of the digital strategies of COTY niche brands: Jil Sander, Tiffany & Co and INFINIMENT COTY PARIS. Demonstrating a real interest in digital and new technologies, you will be able to combine analytical skills and creativity to identify new opportunities to increase the digital & CRM performance of the brands in the portfolio.
- Deploy our niche brands digital plan for fiscal year to come
- Build social media calendars, coordinate with agency and find ways to improve our performance on social media
- Consolidate and analyze paid media campaign reports, define KPIs and highlight PCA’s key learnings.
- Coordinate and develop digital activations for our brands new product launches
- Manage our brands’ social media accounts - Editorial planning, tone of voice and fanbase growth
- Develop digital toolkits to make sure markets have all necessary information to communicate appropriately on new launches
- Identify industry trends and top-performing contents
- Study competitive benchmarkings and rank brands’ performance
- Audit ecom contents and consumer digital/e-commerce purchasing journey on key e- retailers
- Develop data acquisition and loyalty strategy
- Build newsletters editorial calendar ensuring ongoing level of customers engagement and DTC conversion
Profile:
Fluent in English and French with excellent business writing skills.
- Has a strong analytical mind
- Has an excellent understanding of the digital and social media ecosystem and knows how to be creative on social media plataforms
- Is organized, rigorous and have a sense of responsibility
- Knows how to prioritize and juggle between different projects and brand DNA.
- Proficiency in Klavyo, Sprinkr and Traackr would be a plus
