Global PR and Influence Assistant

START DATE : July 2025– 6 MONTHS

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Global PR and Influence Assistant, your main focus will be to support the activation and management of PR and Influence strategies and campaigns across all markets and different franchises :

• Toolkits
• PR tools (press releases, PR kits)
• Influencer partnership programs, seeding, and paid content guidelines & follow-up
• Editorial press (print and web)
• PR events / Fashion Show Adhoc Activation
• Celebrity/ambassador activations & benchmarking
• Calendars, trackers, and timelines

Your main focus:

• Work closely with the Global Digital, Marketing & Media teams to ensure a 360° deployment/approach of all our strategies and tools.
• Develop PR & Influence tools and guidelines for each touchpoint per launch.
• Ensure smooth communication and project delivery with our local markets.
• Continuously optimize our ways of working with all daily stakeholders.
• Manage Fashion House and cross-functional team alignment and approval processes.
• Handle day-to-day market submissions and requests.
• Oversee daily administrative tasks such as product orders and send-outs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and trends within the competitive beauty and luxury landscape.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

Skills & experience required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling information of a confidential nature.
• Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing.
• Has an enthusiasm to proactively present learnings and suggest new ideas.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experimented with Pack Office, DMR, Traackr
