Digital Transformation Intern

DEPARTMENT

Coty Global Digital Team supports Coty business across all consumer digital touchpoint such as ecom, content, consumer engagement, digital tech, digital innovation, and media.

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Intern. Reporting to the Digital Transformation Director you will support the deployment of Coty Digital strategy. The positioning of our team and the content of the position will give you the opportunity to meet and work with many other internal teams: brands, markets, and global digital teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role your mission will be the following:

• Tracking transformation program progress
• Managing the reporting of KPIs monthly
• Preparing presentations to stakeholders and leadership
• Communication and animation of the digital community  
• Act as project manager for specific initiatives of the transformation roadmap
• Coordinate transformation steerco meeting and global digital lead team monthly meetings

The role is based in Paris.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT IF…

• Student in 4th or 5th year of Master
• Strong Project Management skills with a good sense of organization and prioritization
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Expert in building impactful presentations
• Analytical skills with synthetic and pragmatic approach
• Autonomous and pro active
• Fluent in French and English
