MISSIONS

• Support Manager with the development, management and execution of global Influencer marketing strategies and toolkits for markets (PR, Influence, Event)
• Support Manager with the activation and management of PR and Influence campaigns across all markets:
  • Influencer partnership programs, seeding and paid content.
  • Editorial press (print and web).
  • PR events.
  • Celebrity / ambassador activations.
  • Calendars, Trackers and Timelines.

• Work closely with the Global Digital, Marketing & Media teams to ensure a 360-degree partnership for print, digital and social media coverage.
• Maintain interaction and communication with global agency and local Influencer Marketing teams, facilitate and coordinate local exploitation of activities.
• Manage Fashion House and multi-functional team alignment and approval processes.
• Manage day-to-day budget and supplier payments.
• Manage day-to-day admin tasks such as product orders & send outs.
• Track, monitor and compile monthly activity report with agency.
• Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty & luxury landscape.

Skills & experience required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling information of a confidential nature.
• Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing.
• Has an enthusiasm to proactively present learnings and suggest new ideas.
• Proficiency in English.
