RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Boutique Manager, you are responsible for a luxurious skincare brand.

Your main focus :

• To lead the BA team and facialist team to ensure the maison smooth daily operation.
• To offer consistent guidance and professional training to BA team and facialist team.
• To deliver high standard of services to our customers.
• To achieve monthly sales target by applying communication skill, CRM strategy and selling skill.
• To maintain the stock items are safe and healthy.
• To maintain and control the maison environment status and coordinate with other departments to ensure operations work smoothly.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an experienced Boutique Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Have a Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant discipline
• Have a minimum 5 years relevant experience in Front Office operation, 3 years of which are in supervisory level
• Are a Skincare Addict – knowledgeable and passionate about the brand, beauty and skincare industry, including latest trends.
• Have a previous selling experience (beauty and/or skincare)
• Are Mature, independent, well organized
• Speak French and English fluent. If you speak another language is an added advantage.
