THE ROLE:
The role reports to the Skincare Education Senior Manager based in Paris.
The role is dedicated to the excellence in store of Coty Skincare Brands, with a special focus on but not eventually limited to Orveda and Lancaster.
- Motivate & guide a team of local Trainers, store managers and all Skincare dedicated Beauty advisors and Beauticians, across all the distribution channels, local and Travel Retail, offline and online, across EMEA. Your interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills to find business driving ideas, as well as leading and motivating a large group of professionals working in the stores and online will be capital for perfect execution in-store.
- Take active and regular part, as a field expert, in the development of the selling techniques, selling ceremonies, skincare facials’ gestures for stores and for spas.
Key internal stakeholders:
@global >> education development team, digital education teams, merchandising teams, trade mkg, operational mkg
@regional & local >> local trainers as partners, sales teams, field teams.
Key external stakeholders: local retailers and distributors
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support in designing, deliver and animate Regional Training, for local trainers and for store managers and Bas and Beauticians, on SKINCARE: full selling ceremonies including facials, and spa protocols when needed
- Liaising with the local trainers as well as with the local partners trainers, ensure the regular monthly field coaching and follow up all year long and evaluate the staff evolution within a career path frame
- Occasionally Support other regions – Asia, America in training / SPA gestures
- Support in creating the HNWI (High Net Worth Individuals) in-store and online customer experience
- Competitor’s analysis and reporting
- Contribute regularly with Headquarters in developing selling ceremonies, facial protocols & spa gestures and create training and counter tools
- Participate in Global & Local events as the Skincare Senior Expert, based on a planned agenda agreed with management
- Monthly TRIP check control on the territory and quarterly TRIP analysis & action plan for top 20 doors, when TRIP platform is in place.
- Monitor market visits for top 20 doors to discern whether Retail specialists and BAs and beauticians are ensuring instore retail excellence. Release reporting & action plan. This should be done in partnership with the Field sales staff. Action plan should be aligned with Field leaders for these doors and communicated to the BA’s.
- Maintain contact with Store Managers to better understand and fulfill their needs.
- Assists in the organization and overseeing Retail Specialists meetings.
- Assist in Product manual creation and delivery to the markets’ Education
- New Product information to be shared with local Education
- Masterclass format creation and support in execution
- Development of DBR (daily business record) to be utilized daily by BA’s. Set-up & track monthly performance in line within countries target
50% time allowed to travel in the region all year long.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- SkinCare experience on field, including Beautician practice + Sales experience of at least 5 years
- Excellent analytical and planning skills, with the ability to work and manage and deliver in tight timelines
- Leadership, coaching and team management skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Extremely well organized.
- Strong negotiation and budget management skills.
- Strong team player
- University graduate, economy or business related. MBA preferred.
- Fluent in English is a required; fluency in other languages is a plus.
