BURBERRY PRODUCT MANAGER MARKETING DEVELOPPEMENT

Within our international marketing development department, and under Group Manager’s responsibility, you will have for mission to :

1/ MARKETING DEVELOPPEMENT  

  • Elaboration concept, mood video, brief’s redaction to design and communication agency, follow-up of creatives exchanges.
  • Briefs packaging redaction and follow-up of their developments with the technical team. Submission’s evaluation and realisation of production finals proof.
  • Olfactory brief redaction to perfume’s companies and fragrance juice’s evaluation in partnership with the Fragrance Development Manager, formula’s brief evaluation and follow-up of fragrance juice’s and ancillaries development with the laboratory.
  • Line-up recommendation and project sizing, P&L launch management, follow-up of the projections “Net Revenues” and profitability throughout the development.
  • Shooting and filming advertising organisation, and follow-up of the touch-up under the Marketing Director supervision.
  • Creation of the promotional tools in partnership with supporting services : merchandising, boxes, samples, gift buying.
  • Management  of the  “Offering Book” launch Presentation.
  • Operational follow-up of the artwork manage by the Project Manager Assistant.
  • Operational follow-up of the institutional Website update manage by the Project Manager Assistant (shooting checklist, script redaction…).

2/ ANALYSIS &  RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Follow-up of lines performances (Studies and IRI Panel Analysis), Market Shares, voting shares on keys market.
  • Studies and market analysis and ad-hoc competitive intelligence.


3/ MANAGE THE COMMUNICATION ASPECTS OF THE BRAND WITHIN OUR SUBSIDIARIES

  • Communication Tool follow-up manage by the Project Manager Assistant, marketing book,
  • Participation at the intern presentation elaboration

4/ MANAGE THE OPERATIONAL DEVELOPPEMENT BUDGET

  • Budget management in pair with the Senior Product Chief /DM : regular Budget Follow-up, budgetary revision proposal if necessary.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent communication skills : internal meeting with top management, support functions, local marketing teams ; external meetings with agencies and Licensor.
  • Ability to work autonomously and under tight deadlines
  • Creativity, attention to detail and a well-developed sense of aesthetics
  • Knowledge and passion for high end fragrances brands and prestigious collections
