Marketing Development - Senior Product Manager

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


MARKETING PROJECTS MANAGEMENT

Marketing strategy, to define projects positioning on the market, ensure proper support to the brand, and develop new business opportunities.

Mix marketing elaboration, from concept to production, including digital assets, merchandising, promotion and sampling, all marketing support tools.

360 launch strategy for new initiatives.

Briefing and collaboration with internal and external experts (support functions, local teams and markets, agencies, suppliers,…).

Commercial presentations to involve markets & understand their needs.

If under license: ensure all elements developed are in line with Fashion House strategy and coordinate approvals with licensor.

 

For new launches, follow up the realization of the project in the right timing:

  • Develop the product mix: primary and secondary packaging, fragrance, advertising, digital assets, merchandising universe, sampling and gifting offer…
  • Ensure coordination with external partners (agencies, suppliers…)
  • Be the key contact and federate, establishing strong connections with the expert functions to ensure a consistent 360 (internal support functions, markets)

 

Follow up key figures:

  • Market shares, turnover
  • Lead and follow-up marketing budget
  • Financials (P&L, standard costs, C1, A&CP…)
  • Ensure the cost tracking and the profitability of the lines under responsibility.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of Marketing including an experience in Global Fragrance Marketing Development – following PM or SPM profile
  • Affinity and experience with ultra-premium projects and private collections.
  • Fluent in French & English
