Coty is on the lookout for an exceptional leader to join our Global Procurement Team. In this pivotal role, you will help reclaim operational excellence and fuel sustainable growth

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Procurement Director Prestige Fragrance, you’ll take full ownership of procurement activities linked to Innovation and Productivity projects across all brands in scope, while supporting the implementation of Global and Regional Category sourcing strategies.

Projects include a diverse range of packaging & raw materials categories, as well as Third-Party Manufacturing (TPM), and internal factory-related initiatives.

This is a high-impact position that works in close partnership with a broad network of Coty business stakeholders including Category Procurement, Marketing, R&D, Initiative Leaders, Finance, Planning, Manufacturing, EXO Operations, Legal, Quality, and Sustainability.

Your main focus:

• Lead and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for innovation projects, ensuring alignment with category strategy and long-term sustainability.
• Safeguard supply continuity and support TPM strategies by identifying and mitigating risks in critical material sourcing
• Unlock cost efficiencies by defining and managing a robust productivity pipeline in collaboration with Planning and Operations.
• Resolve procurement challenges, managing issues and escalating appropriately to leadership or category managers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather brand and supply chain inputs while cultivating deep expertise in brand equities and technologies.
• Manage and mentor a global team of five, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You’re commercially agile, creative, and resilient—a natural leader with a sharp strategic mind and a hands-on approach. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced international environments and have a passion for driving results through collaboration and innovation.

You also bring:

• 10+ years of procurement and sourcing experience, ideally within the beauty industry —particularly in fragrances.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and project management to drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in SAP, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Procurement E-Systems.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing change in evolving business landscapes.
