Pricing Intern

Unique opportunity to evolve in an international and fast-paced environment while building strong expertise in pricing strategy and analytics. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

The pricing intern collects, organizes, and interprets data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making by working closely with Pricing peers to identify trends, analyze performance metrics, and drive data-driven strategies. 

Your main focus:  

1. Pricing Data Analysis 

• Gather and maintain pricing data ensuring accuracy and reliability including competitive data. 

• Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights to inform business strategies. 

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders. 

• Ensure data integrity by identifying errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies in datasets. 

• Support Grey Market investigations by collecting data from relevant tools (BO, SAP, etc.) 

2. Process & Tools optimization 

• Structure, optimize and simplify the pricing processes to reduce the manual tasks. 

• Improve current tools & build new tools to support a growing scope of the team 

• Develop more efficient tools of collaboration with all the markets and brands  

• Process Optimization: Recommend and implement data-driven solutions to optimize workflows and enhance business processes. 

• Strong Skill to master tools such as Excel, Access & PowerBI

The team consists of 4 people, and you will work closely together with several departments such as Commercials teams, Finance, Brands teams.  

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

Other than that, you: 

• Strong analytical skills/ Business & Problem solving oriented 

• Good financial and/or pricing principles and business understanding 

• Structured, pragmatic, and proactive. 

• Excel advanced level is required (analytical job) 

• Fluent in English; other languages appreciated.
