THE POSITION  

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The pricing analyst collects, organizes, and interprets data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making by working closely with Pricing peers to identify trends, analyze performance metrics, and drive data-driven strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Pricing Data Analysis

• Gather and maintain pricing data ensuring accuracy and reliability including competitive data.
• Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights to inform business strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity by identifying errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies in datasets.
• Support Grey Market investigations by collecting data from relevant tools (BO, SAP, etc.)

2. Process & Tools optimization

• Structure, optimize and simplify the pricing processes to reduce the manual tasks.
• Improve current tools & build new tools to support a growing scope of the team
• Develop more efficient tools of collaboration with all the markets and brands
• Process Optimization: Recommend and implement data-driven solutions to optimize workflows and enhance business processes.
• Strong Skill to master tools such as Excel, Access & PowerBI

PROFILE

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in commercial strategy, finance/ controlling department, or pricing department.
• Proven experience in an international FMCG or beauty environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong analytical skills/ Business & Problem solving oriented
• Good financial and/or pricing principles and business understanding
• Structured, pragmatic, and proactive.
• Excel advanced level is required (analytical job)
• Fluent in English; other languages appreciated.
