CONTENT DATA & ANALYTICS ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
INTERNSHIP OF 6 MONTHS STARTING JULY 2026

 


How can our brands and markets deliver ever more impactful content to evolving audiences? At the intersection of data
and visual beauty, play a unique key role in providing evidence-based answers to this critical question!

 

THE ROLE


Internship start date: 29 June 2026
Length: 6 months
Based out of: Paris Quatre Septembre


As our Content Data & Analytics Assistant Project Manager, you are part of a Global Data & Analytics team whose
mission is to collect, make available, analyze data around Marketing & Sales topics, and turn it into actionable insights in
order to help our group’s Brands and Markets make informed, data-driven decisions.
You play a critical role in helping answer these questions:
• Content Timeliness: is our brands’ content delivered to markets on time?
• Content Fitness for Platform: is our brands’ content aligned with platforms’ best practices?
• Content Utilization: is the content produced by our brands actually meeting human eyes?
• Content Performance: how is our brands’ content performing?
You will be reporting to the Content Performance & Monitoring Senior Manager and responsible for supporting them in
the following tasks:
• Transforming manual processes into automized workflows and dashboards
• Onboarding teams to our existing dashboards
• Translating numbers into meaningful stories that stakeholders can make sense of and act on
• Crafting visually impactful reports and newsletters for our Brands, Markets or upper management
The Data & Analytics team consists of dynamic data professionals with various areas of expertise (commercial data,
media data, marketing mix modelling, dashboard creation…) and you will work closely with several departments such as
Brand, Market and Media teams. Our team is international, collaborative, and always open to new ideas—flexibility and

YOU ARE A COTY FIT


As a curious aspiring project manager, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are eager to learn,
organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with presenting in English, and:
• Have a strong grasp of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Possess excellent organizational and project management skills, ensuring tasks are delivered on time
• Are comfortable working with data and insights, translating numbers into meaningful takeaways
• Have strong communication skills, allowing you to work across teams and present findings clearly
• Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus
• Curious about content, data and storytelling
