MERCHANDISING APPRENTICE
APPRENTICESHIP 1 YEAR - STARTING SEPTEMBER 2026

The Merchandising Apprentice position at Coty offers the opportunity to work on exiting creative and operational merchandising projects. It provides the chance to learn and expand your knowledge both in merchandising and perfume universe, and to contribute to Coty’s world.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

As our Merchandising Apprentice, you participate actively to merchandising projects (Permanent & Temporary Merchandising). You are involved in the brand’s projects creation and development. 

You are also one of the main contact for our markets for their local projects and guarantee the perfect execution of our merchandising concepts on point of sale. 

Your main focus:  

• Assist merchandiser in the creation and development of permanent & temporary projects 

• Concept development (brainstorming, moodboards & sketches, agencies’brief and follow up) 

• Material sourcing 

• Merchandising guidelines elaboration 

• Be in charge of the Go To Market part to ensure the perfect execution of our concepts on point of sale  

• Facilitate exchanges between local and global 

• Verification of the designs and technical drawings 

• Gestion of report and trackers  

• Participate actively in the 360 team topics and work with different departments (marketing, digital, POSM production…)

You like retail, cosmetics and design.  

As a Merchandising Apprentice, you are proactive and organized. You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: 

• You are interested in scenography and design, caring about details and quality.   

• You are able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and respect deadlines 

• You are collaborative, curious and aspire to learn 

• You speak English fluently 

• Hand sketches and 3D software (sketchup) skills is a plus.
