As part of a maternity leave replacement, Burberry Beauty is looking for a Group Marketing Manager for Color on a 4-month fixed-term contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main focus:
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the Color category (lips, eyes) by proposing and creating the 360° innovation and activation plan to achieve growth, revenue, profitability, and margin targets.
- Lead all projects for the Color category (lips, eyes), from the conception phase to development, including launch activation, and through to the end of the product lifecycle.
- Propose relevant, feasible, and high-potential product innovations aligned with the Fashion House’s DNA and based on market trends (primarily in Asia and the US) as well as the competitive landscape.
- Recommend a marketing mix to ensure project success, with an innovative concept and positioning, competitive formula quality and packaging, and a desirable 360° activation and communication plan. Track the commercial results of the project.
- Coordinate and unite project teams (Fashion House, merchandising, digital, trade, education, influencer marketing, R&D, and other technical teams) around the defined strategy, development projects, and activation campaigns.
- Manage the overall budget for each Color category project (lips, eyes) to ensure due diligence and optimization of the resources used.
- Motivate, coordinate, and develop your team, ensuring they grow and become industry experts (managing two Product Managers).
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) and have senior experience (minimum of 8 years) in development marketing within the cosmetics sector, with strong expertise in the makeup category.
- Passionate about brands and product innovation, you are creative, proactive, and have a luxury sensibility, always placing consumers at the heart of your recommendations.
- You are an experienced project manager, organized, and autonomous, with a strong sense of timing, responsiveness, priorities, and attention to detail, allowing you to manage your projects without losing sight of your goals.
- You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills and are comfortable working with numbers.
- You are fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- You are proficient in the following software tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Anaplan is a plus.
- Finally, enthusiastic and committed, you have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for management, and a strong team spirit.
