THE ROLE
MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for our new Fragrance Marketing manager, a fragrance expert that is passionate about products innovations and product development in the luxury field.
We are looking to develop the brand with a strong and ambitious plan for Gucci Fragrances.
We search for a proactive Marketing manager to be part of the new Fragrance team and strongly contribute to the acceleration of the Fragrance at Gucci beauty.
Beauty junky, solution driven, digital savvy, the future member is also rigorous, business driven and good team player to reinvent fragrance products strategy and portfolio in a competitive fragrance environment.
He/ she will be in charge of the growth of his/her lines with development supports teams and the 360° campaign management.
Partnering with the Fashion house, we are looking for a client-oriented mind that love attention to details.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the Gucci Fragrance 3Y INNOVATION PLAN of his/her category with the Global Marketing director
- Be in charge of making his/her product category grow by leading the product development process and designing powerful 360° activations in collaboration with all support teams.
- Recommend new product concepts and develop the product mix for new projects
- Define the concept of the launch campaign and develop useful support elements to achieve successful new product launch, in connection with the merchandising, digital , PR and Trade Marketing team, according to the timing and the quality.
- Be in charge of the execution of the Communication campaign in collaboration with Gucci Fashion House – from the creation of the Communication brief to the budget & legal contract management.
Be in charge of performance tracking of his/her axis:
*Market shares, turnover
*Responsible for the budget in line with the approved P&L
*Monitor the cost tracking, the margin objective and the profitability of the lines under responsibility.
- Ensure all element developed are in line with Fashion House strategy and coordinate approvals with licensor
- Be in charge of transversal topics with collaboration with Global Marketing director
- Manage a his/her team of 2 product managers & 1 intern in order to insure the delivery of the Innovation plan & 360° plans.
WHAT YOU’LL BRIN
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge)
- 5-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field, MBA preferred
- Between 5 and 7+ years of Global marketing experience, 2+ years at brand manager level
- Strongly prefer Global Marketing experience for TOP 10 Fragrance brand
- English Fluent
