THE ROLE

 

We’re looking for a Junior Product Manager, as part of a 1-year fixed term contrat, to support our Lancaster Marketing team on the suncare and skincare categories. You will be in charge of the growth of your products or lines working hand-in-hand with development supports teams and the 360-launch campaign management.

 

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Your main focus :

 

  • Contribute to elaborate a strong 3-year innovation plan for your categories with best-in-class & innovative skincare & suncare products that incorporate the brand DNA and the future trends.
  • Create winning innovations:
    • Recommend new product concepts and develop the product mix for new projects with all the development support teams.
    • Deliver product quality with excellence from product to sampling tools.
    • Be responsible for the financial performance of the projects under your responsability (market share, turnover, budget in line with the approved P&L, cost tracking & profitability).
    • After the launch, ensure the growth of your lines with a strong support plan.
  • Design powerful 360° activations in collaboration with all support teams: define the concept of the launch campaign and develop useful support elements to achieve a successful new product launch, in connection with the merchandising, digital, PR , training and Trade Marketing team, according to the timing and the quality.
  • Develop the brief for your campaign visuals and assets and you will be in charge of the execution of the campaign in collaboration with communication team & internal content hub – from the creation of the brief to the budget & legal contract management.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

 

  • Have a 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field
  • Previous experience in marketing development in the beauty sector is highly appreciated (internship or apprenticeship included)
  • Fluent in English, French is a nice-to-have
