Coty is one of the world's largest beauty companies and the largest fragrance company.

The Business developer junior will develop Coty business (Luxury & Consumer Beauty) in pharmacy channels in France.

• REPORTING :

Head of Sales Development Coty France

• KEY MISSIONS :

• Design proper go to market strategy for this new channel pharmacy in collaboration with marketing & sales team(4Ps)
• Ensure the implementation of our brands with the best visibility during the opening : implies mobility in the stores & showrooms
• Tracking and followup business and openings of new pharmacy : creating tools internally to better monitor this new business
• Performance analysis + recommendation to go further
• Collaborate with all services to ensure excellence in execution instore
• Implement activities to boost sellout

• REQUIRED SKILLS :

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Business driven and know how to convince your contacts by imagining and negotiating innovative and value-creating partnerships.
• Structured, autonomous and agile, you know how to define and implement a strategic plan and adjust it in a test-and-learn approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the will to succeed.
• Previous experience in the Pharmacy channel is a plus.
• Data driven, disruptive and results-oriented.
