Intern - R&D Packaging Development
From January 2027
Mission :
Working in the Packaging R&D department, you will report to a Packaging Engineer who will guide you through an induction program to enable you to develop in a pleasant and caring environment.
Your main tasks will be:

Assist the packaging engineers on new projects for the prestige make-up ranges in accordance with the development process:

Briefs with suppliers, factories and/or sub-contractors
-
Technical study, risk analysis, prototyping
-
Follow-up of homologation tests with suppliers and verification of their compliancy in the lab

Drafting and monitoring specifications
-
Cross-functional tasks :
-
Support material substitution or other banned materials
-
Identifying alternative materials with multi-functional team and ensuring their regulatory compliance and quality.

Life cycle analysis of a specific material (production, use and disposal), including its availability, cost, compatibility with the formula and environmental impact, using Spice tool.

Contribute to test method development and update.
- Experience: experience in the Cosmetics/Fragrance industry or in project management would be a nice to have.
- Education required: Engineer school on Packaging or Materials Engineering – 2nd or 3rd year.
- Skills/knowledge :
-
Knowledge of packaging and materials (plastics, glass, cardboard)

Project management

Good level of English (B1 equivalent)

Sensitivity to cosmetics products and the world of beauty

Methodical, organized, rigorous, autonomous, curious, you have a sense of priorities and anticipation and can make suggestions. You have good interpersonal skills and are open-minded.
