IPM Senior Manager
You will be integrated into a multicultural and diverse team driven by agility and passion. In our role, we lead procurement activities for designated brands, bring new launches to life together with cross-functional teams, and support the base business to ensure service levels and financial targets are met across the product lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As IPM Senior Manager, you are responsible for managing and developing the IPM Buyer team while ensuring best-in-class procurement execution on new launches and base business activities across designated brands.
The purpose of this role is to lead and be accountable for all end-to-end Procurement activities related to Innovation and Productivity initiatives, acting as the key procurement partner for Brand and Initiative leaders. You will also ensure proper implementation of the global category strategies within your scope and contribute to transversal procurement priorities such as sustainability, cost competitiveness, and risk mitigation.
Your Focus:
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead and coach a team of IPM Buyers to deliver procurement excellence across Innovation, Productivity, and base business support.
Build and develop team capabilities, ensuring a high-performance, agile, and engaged culture.
Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and support team growth and development.
Product Innovation
Oversee procurement activities from project scoping to execution across all launches in your perimeter.
Ensure sourcing decisions are aligned with Coty’s sustainability roadmap, financial targets, and strategic sourcing guidelines.
Drive visibility on pipeline risks and opportunities, ensure proactive mitigation and value optimization.
Align closely with cross-functional partners (Marketing, R&D, Initiative Management, Planning) to influence project briefs and timelines early in the process.
Procurement Productivity
Champion and drive productivity opportunities across your brand or category scope, including cost out, value in, sustainability, and working capital initiatives.
Ensure sourcing panels are optimized, competitive, and fit-for-purpose.
Monitor progress of all procurement initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and proper financial reporting in budgeting and forecasting exercises.
Support to Operations
Act as procurement escalation point for claims, quality issues, or service risks impacting your brands.
Monitor supplier performance and resilience, lead corrective actions when needed.
Supervise CAPEX and procurement budgets linked to Innovation, Productivity, and Maintenance projects.
Champion actions to optimize material lifecycle, inventory levels, and minimize obsolescence.
Leadership
Represent procurement in brand and business leadership forums.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to guide decision-making, leveraging your experience and supplier knowledge.
Influence internal stakeholders to secure alignment and commitment to procurement priorities.
Ensure risk mapping and mitigation plans are regularly updated and clearly communicated.
Business Partnering
Act as procurement lead for key Brand stakeholders.
Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and category procurement to ensure seamless integration of procurement strategies into brand plans.
Champion a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are passionate about leadership and making an impact. As an experienced Procurement professional with at least 7–10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry, you bring a combination of strategic thinking and operational excellence. You are a strong communicator and people manager, with a proven ability to influence and build cross-functional alignment.

o Ability to lead complex projects across multiple functions and timelines.
o Proactive risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning.

o Ability to influence without authority, build credibility, and challenge constructively.
o Skilled at navigating diverse and matrixed environments.
Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation
o Strong sourcing expertise and understanding of supplier markets.
o Confident in leading tenders, negotiations, and supplier award processes.
Business Acumen
o Strong awareness of brand strategy, market trends, and operational levers.
o High level of fluency in English (written & oral); French is a plus.
