INDIRECT PROCUREMENT

At Coty, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Procurement Apprentice to join our Indirect Procurement team. This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic procurement activities across France, Spain, and Italy, within a dynamic and international environment.

About the Role 

Reporting to a Senior Procurement Manager A&CP (cross-division), the apprentice will support the Indirect Procurement team in identifying value creation opportunities, driving compliance, and contributing to sourcing and optimization projects. The role is designed as a progressive learning journey with increasing responsibility. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support data collection, mapping, and analysis of spend and usage across markets. 

• Contribute to supplier and contract compliance activities in coordination with Category Managers. 

• Identify optimization opportunities through analytical insights. 

• Assist in tender processes: drafting specifications, sending RFQs, analyzing supplier offers, and supporting recommendations. 

• Support contractual processes and documentation. 

• Contribute to environmental and social responsibility initiatives within procurement. 

• Participate in supplier business reviews and internal stakeholder meetings. 

• Progressively manage defined procurement projects under supervision.

• Understand end-to-end indirect procurement processes. 

• Develop strong analytical and business skills. 

• Gain exposure to multi-country procurement operations. 

• Build stakeholder management and negotiation fundamentals. 

Profile & Requirements 

• Student enrolled in a Bachelor or Master programme eligible for an apprenticeship contract (Procurement, Business, Finance, Engineering or similar). 

• Strong analytical skills and good command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 

• Proactive, agile, hands-on mindset with strong ethics. 

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. 

• Fluent in English; French and/or Spanish and/or Italian is a plus. 

Contract & Period 

This apprenticeship is based on a French apprenticeship contract (contrat d’apprentissage) and starts in September 2026. The work-study rhythm will be defined according to the selected educational institution. 

Compensation will be in line with French apprenticeship regulations, based on age and education level.
