THE ROLE
Mission:
We are accelerating our skincare strategy, and as HR function we partner with business by making sure we work on a proactive and end to end in enabling the execution of the people and organization aspect of this agenda.
We have set up a project team to focus on effective execution of the people and organization topics of Skin Care acceleration - specifically
This role will support the HR Project Lead with the following missions:
- Preparation, organization and summary of Steerco and key meetings
- Project Milestone planning follow up for the 3 workstreams (Organization Design, Capabilities
and Talent Acquisition)
- Scorecard follow up & update
- Weekly follow up, internal communication and reporting
- Contribution to the Organization design workstream by providing methodology, structuration and follow-up
- Contribution to the Capabilities workstream : Define what does good look like (with business stakeholder) for each role within the above organization design- have and formalize a clear definition of key capabilities. Analyze the gaps between the key capabilities needed and the current status.
Provide these capabilities consolidation / gap to the Talent Acquisition - Create a drumbeat for conversation and governance to help identifying and unblocking issues fast
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Skills & experience required:
- Strong skills, methodology and experience in Human Resources Project Management
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate across the organization at all levels
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task
- Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential nature
- Experience working within a global scope
- Proficiency in English
