In a context of a fast-shifting digital landscape, the Coty Group has designed an ambitious data driven roadmap positioning media as a strong business enabler.

Part of the Group Media team, under the responsibility of the Media Performance & Partnership Director, the candidate will lead the brands transformation towards Precision Advertising principles on paid channels. He/She will be the central point of contact for adoption of new best practices regarding advertising campaigns architecture, measurement and content adaptation, guarantying best in class targets experience throughout their journey. He/She will be the expert enhancing advanced media performance interfacing between Brands business ambitions & current digital media habits, partners & solution capabilities and agencies’ expertise and execution.

This new role at the holding company level is critical to serve our group omnichannel ambitions while delivering a best-in-class & business driven digital media experience. It requires advanced performance media capabilities, high level of proactivity and a strong knowledge of demand side platforms (DSP). Knowledge of Paid Social & Paid Search principles would be a plus.

 

 

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

As the Precision Advertising point of reference in the Coty organization, interfacing with the different capabilities of the Coty center of expertise (media operations, data & measurement, content commerce and engagement, direct and indirect ecommerce, CRM and clienteling…) and the brands of the Group, your key responsibilities will be:

- Facilitate the adoption of Google Ad Tech stack to enable Precision Advertising campaign structuring and measurement.

- Develop brilliant basics, frameworks and guidelines to support brand marketing teams centrally - Work closely with the Data & Measurement teams to leverage technology platforms, tools and web analytics to drive campaign efficiency and performance (scoring, etc …).

- Build a culture of test & learn to prove the effectiveness of Precision Advertising campaigns - Work closely with the Media Operations teams to infuse a data driven and performance culture within each of the media activation strategies.

- Drive partners & agencies of records (in collaboration with the Media Operations team) in delivering innovative & best in class performance media activations and identify best in class partners in the field.

- Act as an internal consultant helping the brands individually to achieve their own digital performance ambitions.

- Animate the Digital Media & Marketing communities with Performance Media POV, best practices and ongoing trainings.

- Participate in digital media education program dedicated to every Coty stakeholder.

 

PROFILE

- A Performance Marketing expert with 5+ years of advertising / performance media / trading experience in Programmatic Display.

- A strong knowledge of digital partnership processes to participate in the group deals definition and improvement with GAFA and Tier 1 partners.

- Master’s Degree in a top business or engineering school, with good grade point average. - Expert knowledge of Google Marketing platform suite (GA 360, SA 360, DV 360, Campaign manager, data studio) - Recognized as a strong team leader with the charisma to lead our agency teams in delivering exceptional business performance through Precision Advertising.

- Have excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills - Have the ability to communicate throughout all levels of an organization, both technical and non-technical

- Have advanced analytics skills - data manipulation

- Have the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

- Be able to think both strategically and tactically

- Very good level of English written and orally. French is a plus.
