Reporting to the Communication Director, you will implement the press strategy in order to participate in building a strong brand equity at an international level, online and offline.

The PR manager will position each brand very clearly, rise interest of the right audiences, increase awareness, and raise high desirability of each brand of the portfolio.



  • Definition of the worldwide PR strategy in conjunction with the Communication Director
  • Negotiation of international editorial projects (productions and syndications)
  • Maintenance of privileged relationships with key beauty editors
  • Deployment of relevant ambassador strategy (VIPs, KOLs etc…)  
  • Management of our spokespersons’ interviews
  • Coordination, briefing and support for the local PR and/or marketing teams 
  • Creation of communication tools (press releases, press kits, texts)
  • Eventing:
  • organization of international PR events, and management of special events (Awards …)
  • Production of guidelines for local markets and supervision of the PR events produced locally


Whether international or organized in collaboration with local markets, each PR activation will be thought and executed to reach clear objectives. Performance will be evaluated with specific KPIs. 

This role will require the management of external agencies and vendors, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.




  • Support the development of Niche Brands communication strategies
  • Understand and support the 360 communications model and to translate it in key relevant PR activations for the brand
  • Plan PR activations from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  • Ensure they are completed smoothly and step up to be a problem solver
  • Coordinate all operations
  • Come up with suggestions to enhance the PR activations success
  • Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Define and drive guidelines with markets according to events deployment from global to local
  • Analyze the PR activations success and prepare reports




Key requirements & skills

  • Out-of-the-box thinking and creativity balanced with a sense of business prioritization
  • High sensitivity to luxury and perfect understanding of luxury codes 
  • 10+ years of experience creating and executing PR activations at global and local
  • Experience in a branded luxury business
  • Strong English Language skills (speaking and written)
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Collaborative spirit with a positive, problem-solving mindset
  • Network of key fragrance editors & experts
  • Knowledge of international press landscape on and offline
  • Understanding of niche consumers expectations
  • Active learner who is willing to experiment and be open minded to new ideas and technology
  • Must be able to manage a multitude of assignments at once and prioritize appropriately with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of DMR platform
