Global Director of Consumer Insight

THE ROLE :
 
Our Prestige CMI team is looking for his/her Global Director of Consumer Insight European Fragrance & Makeup.

 

RESPONSABILITIES :
 
•    Supporting & training International Brand Leads and 360 Experts (media, digital, trade, olfactive studio).
•    Strengthening the partnership with our licenses providing best-in-class support.
•    Overseeing consumer insight testing plans at a global level.
•    Designing & supervising qualitative and quantitative studies (consumer insights, brand equity, product testing, trend analysis).
•    Leading transversal research initiatives to identify consumer trends, preferences, and behaviors.
•    Acting as the consumer insights expert for internal stakeholders and serving as the first point of contact for specific insight-related questions.
•    Collaborating with cross functional teams to fuel business growth and innovation, including coordination of multi brand initiatives.
•    Leading, mentoring and developing a team of three CMI managers.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS :
 
•    Minimum 10 years of experience in market research and consumer insights, ideally within cosmetics and/or fragrances.
•    Deep expertise in qualitative & quantitative research methodologies
•    Proven experience managing complex studies and senior client relationships
•    Strong analytical, synthesis, and storytelling abilities
•    Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
•    Independence and passion: ability to manage multiple projects and brands while maintaining high standards of excellence and impact, with strong prioritization skills.
•    Experience leading a team and collaborating with interdependent cross functional teams in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
•    Ability to work in an agile setting with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent workstreams.
•    Capacity to foster a collaborative, high performance, insight driven culture.
•    Strong command of project planning, timelines, budgets, and quality management.
