ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
We’re seeking a Media & Data Analytics Project Manager to join our Data, Analytics & Measurement team. This temporary role (maternity leave replacement) will focus specifically on data and media operations, media planning, and data quality. Reporting to the Adtech & Data Strategy Senior Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving foundational analytics and reporting initiatives that support our data-driven strategy across the organization.
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
• World-Wide Media Planning Operational Coordination:
Support and coordinate all Coty stakeholders in day-to-day media operations — including local media and marketing teams, media agencies, and technology partners — to ensure smooth use of the media planning internal tool. This includes governance and user access management, weekly taxonomy updates, troubleshooting, and approval workflow oversight.
• Media Planning Project Leadership & Training:
Lead all educational and onboarding initiatives related to media planning tools, including the training of new agencies and users, oversight of tool enhancements, and close collaboration with our technology partner to ensure continuous improvement, optimization, and strong user adoption.
• Data Quality & Agency Performance Monitoring:
Track and monitor key data quality KPIs — such as plan actualization, forecast accuracy, and naming convention compliance — in partnership with media agencies and the Partnership Director. Define and implement corrective action plans when needed.
• Dashboard Management:
Lead and maintain the Effectiveness & Efficiency Dashboard, ensuring accurate data integration and usability from the Business Intelligence backend through to global and local, internal and external end-users.
The role is based in Paris 4 Septembre with the possibility of a hybrid working schedule with a maximum of 50% days remote monthly.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’d love to see candidates who have:
- Primary Experience with Media or Ad tech ecosystem, Ideally In governance or media operations.
- Very good Knowledge of Adtech & Media Environment including Google Analytics, Social Media platforms, Viewability, Influence, Retail Media and related structure & metrics.
- Very good verbal and written communication and desire to work in an Internation team environment
- Organizational agility including strong aptitude for working in a matrixed and global changing environment.
- Data-driven, structured, and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail.
- Good Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Good Knowledge of PowerBI and ability to work & communicate with data analytics & data engineers tech team
